Bring your ceramics to life with unique painting techniques during this Easter holiday course!
This inspiring course is perfect for anyone who wants to create unique vases and bowls with color, form, and personal expression.
The course focuses on building techniques and color application. You will learn how to carefully construct ceramic pieces such as vases or bowls using the coil-building technique, discovering step by step how to shape and grow forms with clay. Afterward, you will work with engobes on leather-hard clay, allowing you to further personalize and refine your creations.
Paola, our experienced instructor and specialist in ceramic painting, will guide you throughout the process and demonstrate various painting techniques, from figurative to abstract, giving you plenty of room to experiment and develop your own style.
There is ample opportunity for experimentation, refinement, and personal expression. You will apply the techniques directly to your own work and gain insight into the entire process, from building to finishing.
After the course, a shared glazing session will be scheduled in consultation with participants, based on everyone’s availability. An additional €35 per person will be charged for the glazing session.
